INFORMATION SUBMITTED THROUGH APPLICATION FORMS
If you submit a driver or owner-operator application through this website, the first-step form asks for your contact details, CDL status, driving-experience range, and state. Do not submit a CDL or licence number or image, medical information, Social Security number, date of birth, or other identity or financial record through the public website. If verification is needed later, wait until the team provides an approved submission method.
The submitted information is used to review your request and follow up using the contact details you provide.
