The carrier, driver, owner, or business remains responsible for accurate information, operating decisions, contracts, records, deadlines, filings, and compliance.

Government filing fees, insurance premiums, process-agent fees, subscriptions, taxes, penalties, professional fees, and other third-party charges are separate unless a written agreement states otherwise. Government agencies may change their fees or procedures; verify current requirements on the official agency website before payment.
Information you provide
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to have authority to provide it. Do not submit another person’s information without authorization. Do not use public forms or chat to send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s-licence or CDL numbers or images, medical records, drug or alcohol testing records, Clearinghouse information, tax returns, bank details, insurance-policy documents, payroll files, MVRs, driver qualification files, account passwords, or other sensitive records. If records are needed later, wait for an approved submission method and written instructions.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to violate a law, impersonate another person, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, submit spam, make false claims, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict or block abusive activity.
